Founded in 2009, the state-owned offshore equipment manufacturing company is an international enterprise focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of fluid control equipment technologies in the offshore oil and gas energy sector. Its business covers the customized R&D and manufacturing of subsea production systems, offshore platforms, and onshore high-end wellhead and well control smart equipment, as well as subsea oil and gas field development solutions and technical services. The company has three major R&D and production bases in Dongying, Singapore, and the United States, and has established a marketing network across 30 countries and regions. It is the only enterprise in China capable of developing and manufacturing subsea oil and gas production systems. In 2022, China's first domestically produced subsea production equipment, independently manufactured by the company, was successfully put into production in the Bohai Sea.
