Affiliated with the China Electronics Technology Group Corporation (CETC), this research institute is a national first-class public institution. It is the earliest established, largest-scale, most comprehensively specialized, and most technologically robust comprehensive research institute with the widest product categories in China's chemical and physical power source industry. Relocated to the Tianjin Binhai New Area in 2012, it covers an area of 329 mu with a building area of approximately 160,000 square meters. It undertakes the scientific research and production tasks for key national power supply products, possessing extremely high requirements for refinement, transparency, and traceability in the production process.
Under the high-mix, low-volume, and order-insertion production models, processes such as task planning and scheduling, batch-splitting statistics, and internal accounting suffer from low efficiency. Relying on manual management makes it difficult to achieve refined and transparent control.
The data link between production planning and workshop operation planning is obstructed, leaving the production execution process in a "black box" state. Issues cannot be exposed in time, and the capabilities for risk early warning and control are insufficient, affecting product delivery and quality.
The control of materials and raw materials relies on manual ledgers, leading to inconsistencies between accounts and actual inventory. Data collection and feedback in the production process are delayed, making quality traceability difficult and failing to meet product quality requirements.
A lack of efficient data extraction and reporting analysis capabilities means internal accounting and operational decisions lack full-process data support, restricting improvements in production management efficiency and operational levels.
