5. Conduct in-depth research on the current status of informatization and digitalization for industry clients; summarize business pain points and requirements to lead the design and planning of digital solutions tailored to specific customer groups.
6. Lead the drafting and organizing of technical proposals; responsible for the preparation, writing, presentation, and Q&A sessions for bidding documents.
7. Collaborate with the Product Department to facilitate product improvements based on market demand trends discovered during pre-sales.
8. Provide technical or professional knowledge guidance to team members to enhance their professional skills; proactively take responsibility for and resolve complex issues within professional domains.
1. Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management, Mechanical Automation, or IoT are preferred.
2. At least 5 years of experience in digital factories or industrial informatization within the defense/military industry; mastery of overall intelligent manufacturing solutions and strategic planning methodologies; understanding of ERP/PLM/CAPP systems; proficiency in MOM/MES implementation or pre-sales is highly preferred.
3. Proficient in the business systems of equipment manufacturing and the military industry (machining, electronic assembly, final assembly, commissioning, etc.); familiar with the overall technical architecture of digital factories and relevant manufacturing management systems; capable of overall digital planning across CRM, PLM, ERP, MES, WMS, etc.
4. Design experience in the integration of MES with automated production lines; understanding of Industrial IoT (IIoT) platform architectures and industrial protocols such as OPC UA and Modbus.
