1. Responsible for early-stage communication, layout planning, component selection, and technical review of non-standard production line (machining & assembly) projects in the equipment manufacturing industry.
2. Lead the full project development lifecycle, including preliminary research, scheme planning, 3D modeling, cost estimation, 2D drawing review, design changes, and technical reviews; provide mechanical technical support for product prototyping, mass production, and after-sales service.
3. Responsible for technical patent portfolio planning; participate in the review and scheme formulation for other projects.
4. Manage the implementation process of automation-related projects.
5. Projects mainly serve clients within the military-industrial (JG) system, including aerospace, aviation, and weaponry equipment sectors.
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation, Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or related fields.
2. 5+ years of experience in the design and development of non-standard automated production line equipment for machining or assembly. Capable of performing scheme design, component selection, structural design, and mechanical calculations based on project requirements.
3. Proficient in finite element analysis (FEA) software for static verification, motion simulation, 3D modeling, as well as strength and stiffness analysis.
4. Familiar with the basic processes and methodologies of overall smart factory planning.
5. Familiar with non-standard automation for assembly or machining, with at least one type of industry experience.
6. Strong ability to work under pressure and willing to travel for short-term domestic assignments.
