1. Based on pre-sales handovers and solutions, organize resources and lead the project implementation team to complete detailed research, development, implementation, system launch, and acceptance work.
2. Responsible for the coordination and mobilization of various internal and external resources during implementation to ensure smooth progress, and summarize/analyze the results of each project stage.
3. Responsible for the management and control of on-site personnel during project operations, and handle project-related communication with the client's senior management.
4. Overall control of project costs and system quality, taking responsibility for customer satisfaction while managing project scope, schedule, quality, risks, costs, and change requests.
5. Capable of guiding project engineers (implementation consultants), assistant engineers, and technical leads (development consultants) to complete assigned tasks.
6. In the pre-project phase, collaborate with sales and integrate pre-sales solutions to complete the Statement of Work (SOW), perform cost and schedule assessments, and support sales in securing contracts.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Information Management, or related majors is preferred; 3+ years of project management experience; experience in requirement analysis or technical development is a plus.
2. Experience in implementing large-scale IoT projects, intelligent manufacturing projects (e.g., MES, MOM, WMS, QMS), or enterprise digital transformation projects is highly preferred.
3. Familiar with equipment manufacturing, lean production, and other business scenarios; understand the architecture and application scenarios of software systems related to smart factory construction.
4. Familiar with project management methodologies or PMP certification holder; proficient in the full project lifecycle, Waterfall, and Agile models; familiar with key deliverables at each stage; capable of independently producing project solution documentation.
5. Possess "call high" and "call wide" communication capabilities to build long-term, stable relationships with clients, clarify resource requirements, and complete project delivery.
6. Strong execution and stress resistance; value teamwork and the ability to reasonably allocate tasks to team members.
7. Proficient in project management and design tools such as XMind, Axure, etc.
8. Adaptable to business travel.
