1. Pre-project Phase: Collaborate with pre-sales consultants to prepare pre-sales solutions, proposal presentations, system demonstrations (POC), etc. Complete cost and schedule assessments, and support the sales team in securing contracts.
2. Implementation Phase: Based on the pre-sales hand-over, assist the project manager in organizing resources and lead the implementation team through detailed customer business requirement surveys. Benchmark customer needs against product features and workflows, guide customers in process optimization, and output blueprint planning, business/logic flowcharts, prototypes, and project implementation plans in accordance with company design standards.
3. Team Guidance: Guide project engineers (implementation consultants), assistant engineers, and technical leads (development consultants) in conducting requirement analysis and drafting business solutions.
4. Industry Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on the informatization and digitalization status of industry clients. Summarize pain points and requirements to lead the development of industry-specific solutions tailored to company product characteristics.
5. Product R&D Collaboration: Interface with the R&D center to refine industry solutions into product requirements. Regularly track product updates and iterations, maintain mastery of the latest products, and organize POC demonstrations based on actual customer needs.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Design, Automation, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Experience: Over 5 years of experience in industrial software informatization (MES/MOM/WMS/QMS, etc.) consulting and business planning. Experience leading projects for military industries or SOEs in the discrete equipment manufacturing sector is preferred.
3. Industry Expertise: Proficient in the business systems of discrete equipment manufacturing (Aerospace, Defense, Shipbuilding, Heavy Industry, etc.), including processes like cutting, welding, machining, electronic assembly, final assembly, and commissioning. Familiar with digital factory technical architectures.
4. Domain Knowledge: Familiar with equipment manufacturing processes, planning management systems, and production scenarios. Understand the architecture and application of smart factory software. Capable of overall digital planning across CRM, PLM, ERP, MOM, MES, WMS, etc.
5. Documentation Skills: Ability to independently produce business solution documents. Proficient in tools such as PPT, Word, Visio, XMind, Axure, etc.
6. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to build stable, long-term customer relationships. Capable of identifying resource needs and drafting pre-sales and implementation proposals.
7. Adaptability: Strong execution and stress resistance; able to adapt to frequent business travel.
