1. Market and Requirement Insights:
Collaborate deeply with business application product managers, solution experts, frontline delivery teams, customers, and partners to uncover core pain points and needs across supply chain, production, quality, equipment, and warehousing processes.
Analyze competing products and industry trends to generate insightful market and requirement analysis reports, providing inputs for platform product feature abstraction and iteration planning.
2. Product Planning and Design:
Under the guidance of the product line head, be responsible for the planning of specific product modules or feature lines, delivering clear product roadmaps, release plans, and feature lists.
Independently complete detailed product designs for complex features, including but not limited to business flowcharts, product prototypes, interaction designs, and PRD documents, while accurately defining acceptance criteria.
3. Full-Process Product Implementation:
Act as the "First Person Responsible" for product features, driving R&D, testing, and design teams throughout the entire process to ensure high-quality implementation as expected.
Efficiently manage project progress, coordinate resources, resolve various business logic clarifications and prioritization issues during R&D, and take responsibility for feature delivery results.
4. Product Lifecycle Management:
Track user feedback and usage data post-launch, conduct effectiveness analysis, and drive continuous iterative optimization based on data.
Provide product training and support to sales, solution, and implementation teams, and collect frontline feedback to fuel product optimization.

Experience & Background:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B software products.
2. Complete 0-to-1 product planning and design experience for enterprise-level platforms or complex application software, having led or been deeply involved in the entire process of core modules from concept to launch.
3. Product design experience in aPaaS platforms, low-code platforms, IoT platforms, data platforms, or industrial algorithms; OR deep product design experience in at least one application area such as ERP, SRM, CRM, EAM, QMS, WMS, MES, PLM, HR, OA, APM, equipment predictive maintenance, process management & optimization, or energy management & optimization.
