1. Quality System and Process Construction:
Participate in formulating and continuously optimizing full-process quality assurance strategies and testing workflows from requirements and development to launch. Build an efficient and reusable quality framework during the 0-to-1 phase.
Deeply understand product architecture and business logic to design testing solutions and quality risk control points for core complex business scenarios (e.g., multi-tenant data isolation, long business processes, real-time data processing).
2. Automated Testing Engineering:
Lead the development of automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines tailored to the product, covering API automation, UI automation, performance/stability testing, etc., and promote their efficient application in the R&D process.
Design, develop, and maintain highly available automated test cases, test data, and scripts. Improve test coverage and execution efficiency to guarantee rapid iterations.
3. In-depth Test Analysis and Execution:
Responsible for test analysis and execution of core functional modules, complex business logic, and specific technical aspects (e.g., security, performance, compatibility, stability). Able to not only identify surface defects but also pinpoint deep root causes.
Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D leaders, and development engineers. Lead test plan and test case reviews, and hold key decision-making authority over product release quality.
4. Quality Empowerment and Efficiency Improvement:
Drive the improvement of the R&D team's quality awareness and testing capabilities through technical tools, process improvements, and shift-left/shift-right testing practices.
Analyze online issues and testing process data to drive continuous improvement in product quality and testing effectiveness.

Experience & Background:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronic Information, Communications, Automation, or related fields, with over 5 years of software testing/quality assurance experience.
Possess complete 0-to-1 testing experience for enterprise-level B2B platforms or complex application software, having been deeply involved in the entire process from requirement analysis, test strategy formulation, and case design to execution and launch.
Have successful experience leading or playing a core role in building automated testing frameworks/engineering. Proficient in at least one mainstream testing framework (e.g., Pytest, TestNG, Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and proficient in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
