1.Integrated Delivery of Technical Products:
As the head of product line R&D, lead the full-lifecycle management from requirement analysis, technical architecture, and R&D implementation to launch and operations. Bear ultimate responsibility for achieving technical product goals, delivery quality, performance, and stability.
Deeply participate in product planning, work closely with product managers to translate business strategies into executable and competitive technical solutions, ensuring that technology drives product innovation.
2.Platform Architecture and Core R&D:
Lead the design and implementation of highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise-level platform or application software architectures. Priority will be given to architecture experience in SCADA systems, Industrial IoT (IIoT) platforms, and industrial data intelligence applications.
Overcome core technical challenges in industrial scenarios, such as: massive time-series/real-time data acquisition and processing, high-concurrency control, parsing and adapting industrial protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT), edge computing architecture, and the engineering implementation of data intelligence algorithms (e.g., predictive maintenance, process and quality optimization).
3.R&D Team Building and Management:
Responsible for building, managing, and empowering the product line R&D team (front-end, back-end, algorithms, testing, etc.), cultivating a highly skilled and professional team capable of tackling tough challenges.
Establish efficient agile R&D processes, engineering standards, and quality management systems to continuously improve team delivery efficiency and code quality.
4.Technology Evangelism and Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
Conduct technical communication and solution presentations with customers, partners, and internal teams, serving as the spokesperson for the product's technical capabilities.
Collaborate with sales, solutions, and implementation teams to provide core technical support for key projects and drive successful product implementation.

Experience & Background:
1.Education & Experience: Full-time Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Communications, Electronic Information, or related fields. Over 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years as a technical lead/architect, having fully led the entire 0-to-1 process (architecture design, R&D, and launch) of an enterprise-level B2B platform or application software with a large user base and complex business logic.
2.Product & Project Experience: Extensive experience from development implementation to project delivery support in industrial software products in any of the following domains: SCADA/IIoT platforms, algorithmic applications for equipment predictive maintenance/process optimization/quality prediction, MES/MOM systems, EAM asset management systems, or CMMS equipment maintenance management systems.
Core Competencies:
1.Proficient in microservices and distributed system architecture design, and familiar with cloud-native tech stacks (Docker/K8s, etc.). Deep accumulation in high-concurrency real-time data processing and high-availability system design. Practical experience in applying industrial data intelligence algorithms (time-series analysis, machine learning) is highly preferred.
2.Management experience with an R&D team of over 10 people. Proficient in agile development, skilled in project planning, progress control, and risk management. Excellent abilities in team motivation and talent development.
3.Business Mindset: Possess a strong product sense and customer-oriented thinking. Able to deeply understand the business pain points of the manufacturing industry and use technology to create value.
